Executive Assistant to the CEO
To live in each of the following places for at least 1 month: Paris, Galway, Maine. To discover and pursue my photography niche. To buy a boat and sail off into the sunset.
Name a person with whom you most would want to have dinner:
I would dine with my Godfather, Bob Carter, who everyone said was the best of men but died before I could know it. Also Agatha Christie, Cary Grant, and Frank Sinatra, just for kicks.
My first job was as a “Party Assistant” at a moon-bounce house, where I became an expert in putting wrist-bands on tiny kid arms. My favorite job was working on the Water Crew for the Annapolis Boat Show, where we assembled a floating, functional marina to house 260 sailboats and then reconstructed it to house 450 power boats over the course of 3 weeks. In the real world, I supported a cybersecurity policy project with Booz Allen for 2.5 years before joining AALU.
My Life at AALU:
I am responsible for the schedule of our very busy CEO. On the surface, I deal with travel plans and meeting materials, but my biggest goal is to make sure that our processes are streamlined and organized, and that each of our team members gets the facetime they need with our leader.
