What does the job entail?

Our Director, Corporate Salesis on the team that is directly accountable for our business growth and revenue generation through the acquisition and retention of our Corporate Partner programs, advertisements, sponsorships and exhibitor sales.  Works across all departments, including Member Services, Leadership Development, Government Affairs and Engagement to ensure that all programs develops a holistic revenue and customer relationship strategy for each partner. The Director will also work with the Membership team to help bridge relationships with our partners who have the opportunity to build Membership for AALU. The Director scope of responsibility is within the domestic U.S. market.

Specifically, for the Corporate Sales, Director, this also means creating an exceptional experience for our Corporate Partnerships. The Director works with these partner companies to assess and align their business needs with all AALU programs and resources. Successful team members are able to generate revenue to meet or exceed annual targeted goals. Key performance indicators include increase the number of corporate partners, renew/retain existing corporate partners, create new opportunities, and generate a revenue stream that meets or exceeds annual targets.

Minimum requirements:

  • 4-6 years corporate sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in sales, field leadership, business management, or Leadership development in financial services industry is desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven sales and revenue success |strong presentation skills | ability to build relationships | demonstrated experience selling at the “C-suite” level | keen business acumen| professional presence | negotiation skills.

This is a full time, exempt position. Salary commensurate with experience.
