Currently, AALU has three main committees which advise the Board on main segments of life insurance planning: the Business Insurance and Estate Planning Committee, the Nonqualified Plans Committee and the Qualified Plans Committee. In addition, AALU has the following specialized committees: the Best Practices Committee, the Securities Regulation of Life Insurance Committee, the Charitable Planning Committee and the Regulatory Reform Committee.
